Tempuris ("we", "our", or "us") respects your personal privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we
collect, store, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application and landing page
website.
Core Privacy Guarantee: We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data or watchlist
information to third parties or advertising networks.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only minimal information necessary to deliver and secure our services:
- Account Credentials: Email address, hashed password, and date of birth provided
during registration for user authentication and age verification.
- Watchlist & Calibration Preferences: The stock ticker symbols you add to your
watchlist and your selected risk architecture profile (e.g., Preservation, Aggressive) and time
horizon preferences.
- Device Push Tokens: An anonymous APNs token generated by Apple if you enable push
notification alerts for condition shifts.
- Website Inquiries & Waitlist: Email addresses submitted via our landing page for
TestFlight beta access or launch announcements.
3. How Information Is Used
Your information is used exclusively to:
- Authenticate your account and maintain session security.
- Fetch personalized quantitative stock insights matching your watchlist symbols and risk preferences.
- Deliver real-time push alerts when stock conviction scores shift.
- Provide user support and process password or email change requests.
4. Data Storage & Security Measures
All user data is stored on enterprise-grade infrastructure managed via Supabase.
- Row Level Security (RLS): Watchlist preferences and profile records are strictly
isolated under database policies ensuring users can only read and write their own data.
- Encryption in Transit & Rest: All communications between the app and servers use
SSL/TLS encryption. Passwords are cryptographically salted and hashed.
5. Apple App Store Rights & Account Deletion
In accordance with Apple App Store Review Guidelines (Section 5.1.1), you have the absolute right to
delete your account and associated data at any time directly within the application:
- Navigating to Settings → Account Profile → Delete Account will permanently wipe
your profile, watchlist items, and device tokens from our primary database.
6. Third-Party Services
We utilize trusted infrastructure providers strictly for operational capability:
- Database: Authentication and encrypted database hosting.
- Apple APNs: Secure delivery of push notifications.
- Email Service: Transactional emails for account verification and password resets.
