Tempuris (the "Application" or "Service") is an automated quantitative software tool engineered strictly for informational, educational, and analytical evaluation purposes.

• No Professional Advice: Tempuris is not a registered investment advisor, commodity trading advisor, broker-dealer, financial planner, or tax advisor under any federal, state, or international jurisdiction.
• No Individualized Guidance: The software outputs—including conviction labels ("Positive Indicators", "Stable", "Attention Needed"), risk scores, stress ratings, and AI-generated insights—are entirely automated results generated by mathematical algorithms and artificial intelligence prompts. They do not constitute personalized investment advice or recommendations to buy, sell, hold, or short any security, option, or asset.
• No Fiduciary Relationship: Using Tempuris does not create a fiduciary, advisory, or professional-client relationship between you and Tempuris Technologies or its operators.

2. Assumption of Risk & User Responsibility

Trading and investing in financial markets involve substantial risk of loss, including the possible loss of your entire principal capital. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Past performance, historical scores, or simulated quantitative backtests do not guarantee or predict future results.
• You should consult with a qualified, licensed financial professional, accountant, and legal advisor before executing any investment strategy.

3. Data Accuracy & "As-Is" Service Provision

All market data, fundamental metrics, stock prices, news headlines, and quantitative calculations provided within Tempuris are obtained from third-party data feeds believed to be reliable.

HOWEVER, TEMPURIS PROVIDES ALL DATA AND SERVICES STRICTLY ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. TEMPURIS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTY OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

We do not warrant that market feeds, server syncs, calculations, or notifications will be uninterrupted, error-free, delay-free, or free of technical bugs.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TEMPURIS TECHNOLOGIES, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DEVELOPERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, CAPITAL LOSS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN JURISDICTIONS THAT DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE LESSER OF $100 USD OR THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO TEMPURIS IN THE PAST THIRTY (30) DAYS.

5. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, copy, redistribute, or exploit any portion of the Tempuris application, quantitative models, AI prompts, or proprietary algorithms without explicit written permission.

6. Account Termination & Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service, or terminate user access, at any time without prior notice or liability.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tempuris Technologies operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
